...there is a catch, listen good:

If you get into the game, & game is hosted by pirate game, you won't get kicked, but if the hoster is one with original game, there is 99% chance that you won't even get ingame, & if you get, you'll get after 2min kick... so only on cracked hosts you can play

Well.. Even if the game is updated to 1.0.176, and pirates start to use the 1.0.175, Infinity Turds just stops supporting versions that came out before, so pirating MW2, has become a pain in the ass. I suggest waiting for official dedicated server emulations to come out, since these patches obviously can't last long.
