Ban help

2 different situations of 2 accounts:

1) PunkBuster Global Ban
The entered GUID is globally banned by Even Balance.

2) The GUID " " is on the
Unofficial Master Ban Index (UMBi)

How would i proceed if i wanted to get a new BF4 copy?

Your 2nd account isn't banned by Punkbuster so you can still play on pretty much every server.
And if you want to get a new BF4 account, just create a new Origin account and buy Bf4 again and you'll be good to go.
