Updated with some sort of English translation. These are semi-off on some things, but I think for the most part they're coming out correctly. One thing I'm still looking around for different translations on is the final panel with Kaneki's inner dialogue. This entire time he's talked about wanting to die in style, which would relate to him doing something glorious I suppose. However, if him dieing "gloriously" would be dieing for someone else, then why would he die here? What would he accomplish dieing for Hinami, when Arima could very easily kill her. It's plain obvious that he'll live through this, but I'm really suspecting him actually becoming the OEK. It could have been a figurative role that one fills instead of actually existing. Who knows, though.

Also, Chapter 136 was the Hide and Kaneki moment in the first series. This is chapter 68. 68x2=136.
