People still kill-steal (Nexon TOS disc - WarRock)?

Yesterday I found out that by Tos of NexonEU you are able to get banned for kill "stealing" , um what?

Yes, they are able to report you for it, get you banned for it, and what is even more funnier is that you can't even sell a account which is partly owned by them but created by you, says the most autistic TOS ever created.

Oh, and let's not forget,
That also in the ToS,
Kill stealing is AGAINST the ToS.
You *CAN* be banned for kill stealing.
You *CAN* report players for kill stealing
And they *CAN* be banned.

But honestly, when have we ever heard about someone getting banned for kill stealing?
NexonEU's employee's decide what's relevant and what isn't.

In this current scenario, everyone would be banned. Everyone has kill stealed someone, including the admins themselves.
Thus they would have to ban themselves.

There's alot of flaws in their ToS.

And also, for good measure, let me just point this out.
If you change the game code in anyway, you can be banned.

No where in the ToS does it say that you can be banned for having a program that can *potentially* change the code of a program.

So, technically only hackers who change the code of the game can be banned.

All I know that people do sell Steam accounts, Origins accounts, Ubisoft accounts and are those accounts banned by the company holder, I don't think so, cos real owner (creator of the account) sold it to another person, which I find not so big of offense.

Great game or not, getting banned for stealing a kill or preferably known as kill assisting is completely stupid to get banned for, but I guess those Maggots at War Rock do not make difference between kill assistance or stealing it

True, but least most companies are trying their best to give people what they (community) want, even though they fail on it, but least their TOS doesn't say kill-stealing or kill assist is a banable offense like Nexon..
