It is not something you need to download seperately, when installing visual studio you should be able to choose what components you want to install. Make sure to select the C++ components.

Error with the code, not the compiler. Do not opt to posting such errors here as they have nothing to do with PolyLoader.

Good work, you should add parameters to PolyLoader example:

polyloader.exe "c:\hack.zip" "c:\programfiles\microsoft\vbcompiler.exe" "c:\mynewh4x.exe"
