What to upgrade?

So Ive had my PC for a while but its time for an upgrade. SO my specs are:
i5-4430
GTX960
1TB WD blue
16Gb DDR-3 1886Mhz
And a Corsair CX500M

And I p much want to upgrade everything siince its p medium grade-ish or whatever. But since I have not enough money for everything I can only upgrade on thing.
An SSD
R9 280X
an i7 CPU
Or upgrade my mobo for an LGA1151 socket so I can skylake.

So yeah, what do?

Are you an avid gamer? Upgrade the GPU.

PS You are getting 280x so the i5 won't bottleneck it, since it's not an extremely high-end card.

My GPU does for now. I mean I can play the latest game like the division on high at arround 50FPS so im happy.
Anyway I do allot of digital work so a CPU would be usefull.
But loading times are slow af ingame hence I also want an SSD

Buy SSD! It's some of the most important hardware to have in a computer if you want it to run blaaaaaaaazing fast

You should get a GTX 1070

Well if you can only upgrade 1 thing you can't do the motherboard, your old CPU wouldn't work with it.
GPU is the best upgrade if you are a gamer and want more power.
