I'm really quite new to hacking, although I have been on MPGH since 2012 I would like to give back to the community and have been learning a fair bit of c++, however I am a bit stumped on how to find actual offsets that are not just dynamic addresses, ANY help would be appreciated.

for easy part, Minions! 1st you have to at least have 1 code, the thing that you can hack and work, for example, RPM and then you check what write it and show it in assembly! buuuut you might get 1, 2 or 3 of them and you have to test them all, the one that's the right one will work. I'm beginner and mine is try and error but it works so... yeah ,this is my method, take sometime and pretty annoying and ... not all thing is in this offset...
