It was on eBay I already but that there is no protection for digital goods. But is there anything else I can do? PayPal are just racist to sellers tbh.

Call Paypal and tell them you send them the code via overnight mail. Sending a code via email/text (aka electronically) is a violation of eBay's ToS so you won't be covered for it. Say you don't have the tracking number since you forgot to get the receipt and that the post office is closed all week for renovation blah blah blah. They will be more willing to help someone who they know is a human vs a person who disputed a claim and won't call in. If they really didn't authorize this, they'd call.

Call Paypal and explain to them everything is shipped out already, and and now they're claiming they did not authorize is this. I find this very suspicious because they had a few days and now they're charging back.

Selling on ebay is suicide, all you can do is provide all proof that he received it.

Already gave proof of everything. delivery etc etc. You have no buyer protection for digital goods but he probably is still probs going to win :/. Method 2 ) Is just calmly rage on the phone lmao.

You can now sell digital goods on eBay but there is no protection for either parties. I posted proof that he received the code and that acknowledged that he had the code. I'm leaving it for now if I win great if I don't I got the fuckers address lmao. He lives close by funnily enough going to show him my Pokemon skills.

Edit - Oh and if I do win $5 giveaway because why not.

I'm sorry to say this but eBay = Paypal, and Paypal always sides with the buyer

Your first step should be to explain everything to PayPal in a nice lengthy email with a bunch of screenshots.

If that doesn't work, odds are you're going to lose.

Now, the only thing left for you to do is threaten the buyer. Get his IP and threaten to call the police, make an ISP report fraud/abuse, etc. He should get scared and close the dispute and then you should be good.

Those are pretty much the only two things you can do.
