Combat Tropies not Drop When Won a PvP

Help me, i need to finish my Fail to The King quest, but it stuck in Player vs power quest, that Combat Tropies not Drop when i won PvP, I try Combat Tropies Bot on Le Bot, but it takes too long to wai for the brawl, please help me, or give advice for this quest

Just do the brawl normally. It's the fastest way.

Yes doing it manually is much much better.
I farmed 500 CTs in two days.
You can get 200 in one.
