Just send the money to your bank account when you get it and then close the account lol. They can't chargeback a non existing account.

Take a camera. Make a mini-vlog - packaging the iPhone, weighing it, shipping it with the tracking number. If a chargeback does happen you'll have the shipping proof and the whole video (the weight proof will definitely make you win if he claims empty box).

If you make sure you take photos/videos of you packaging and sending the iPhone, you should have no problem winning the chargeback.

There is NO WAY to win an eBay Not As Described dispute.

This is how all scammers work :/ anyone can say you sent them a brick/wet towels etc and you have no way to prove that the item was is as described.

damn. 3k lol. i would do it personally. you could win that paypal dispute. although i have only lost one paypal dispute, you could win that. just provide the tracking number and upload a fax or whatever they want you to do and you should be fine.
