Not much, it's not as rare as other Riot skins.

It's probably not the most sought out skin since you can get it easily.

Pretty much any skin you can get from mystery gifts isn't worth that much unfortunately. The skins that bring in the big $$$ is like UFO Corki, Pax Skins, Champ Riven, stuff like that.
