Can't do 16x16 sprites

So i make the xml, I make the 16x16 sprite, so when i'm loading server up everything loads up fine then I click play it gets stuck on "Request /picture/get". It's only with my sprites, I can use every other 16x16 sprite that was originally in game but that's it... any help? no errors so no idea whats going on

Where did you put the sprite?

I just put them in "d1chars16x16r" i know that code works in rows so since there was already a row of Janus in there which would be "0". I make my enemie sprite with the other movement sprites and put it as "1" so i now have 5 of the same sprite but different move/attack styles on the 2nd row down which is 1 in code. I load the game up and my server gets stuck on "Request picture/get/" my sprite isn't totally 16x16 its 15x12, i don't think that will make a difference but just putting it out there. I've also checked to see if they are in proper place and not overlapping the other rows and they ain't

Tell me exactly how you added the sprite sheet and what code you placed and where.
