Because they are new items, new items and perm. weapons are not for GP users, this is so NX users can buy them quicker and uses them first before other people does. That is why people with NX gets better experiences then those who does not, because simply it is like VIP, you're paying for a much larger and better gameplay.

Well right now I'm letting 90 day m32, claymore, napalm airstrike, famas g2, m107 cq, m69 & frag pack, m1911 knights, and some other stuff just expire. I can't stand the game right now.
