Can't post links

Can't seem to post Image links in the GTA 5 Services/Shops section

I tried creating a thread with an image but it won't work, I've got a post count of 15 but can't still post links any reason why?

Did you get to 15 posts shortly before trying to post? Site cache can take a bit to update, and still cause issues. Have you tried posting the link elsewhere, say here?

Seems like he didn't. He's now able to post images as can be seen here.
