Banned for innocent mistake

Essentially, I was Googling around and I found some random MPGH logins from 2013. As a little practical joke I VMd a mod his old password (without saying it's a password ofc). I got permabanned for that If it was a current password then I am extremely apologetic, even if it wasn't I still am very sorry, I didn't mean to cause you any harm Boombox

I understand if you wish to ban me but a permaban is too harsh

@ @Boombox Someones apologizes. Also @ OP, You don't just randomly google logins. You basically went out and tried to 'invade' his privacy which is the same as trying to login his account w/o permission.

I understand completely. I am very sorry if he was offended by this or put in any danger, it was not my intention to have any harm caused to him. I am willing to take whatever punishment I deserve but I implore the mods to exercise mercy, as I had no idea it was still his password (and if anyone saw what I posted they would just ignore it as it just looked like a combo of random meaningless letters).

Boombox, I am truly sorry for any inconvenience I've caused you. I am willing to compensate for my mistake with a donation or waiting out the ban period. But I can assure you that I did not touch your account, I did not even try logging in. Not a single MPGH rule has been broken.

As for how I got them. I found this gigantic free paste on Alphabay titled Vbulletin Leak and I just randomly did something rash as a practical joke. I assure you no harm has been done; you have my sincerest apologies and this will never happen again.
