    ram : 12GB 1600mhz
    storage : 2x1tb (1SSHD, 1HDD)

If I were you my priorities would be:
    1. CPU
    2. PSU
    3. GPU
As I saw, your CPU has an FCLGA1155 slot, if I'm not mistaken.
    The https://www.amazon.com/Intel-i5-3570-.../dp/B0083U94D8 would be great.
The price of used ones start at 144$, 4cores @ 3.4 GHz.

What you could also do is upgrade to this:
(These are the cheapest prices in Netherlands, calculated in Euros!)
    Cooler Master GM G750M -- 750W (80 Plus Bronze), semi-modular PSU
    Price: 76.95 euros

Biostar TA970 -- Socket AM3+ and AMD 970 chipset MoBo
    Price: 68.47 euros

    AMD FX FX-8320 Black Edition -- 8 Core AMD AM3+ processor @ 3.5GHz
    Price: 143.95
    Total price: 289.37
The only extra component that uses a big amount of power is the CPU which uses 125 Watt.
This means you could have a PSU of 500 Watt and most likely wont change anything. This could lower the price by 10 - 20 euros.

Edit: All these prices are for unused components, so buying used would also decrease the price.

    1. CPU, definitely that first
    2. PSU, youre not gonna get far with 200w
    3. GPU, If you want more frames and to run with more pixels

It might be easier to start from scratch, and save up for something entirely new. That's my take on it, anyways. I personally would prefer to have a top notch system even if I have to wait alittle longer, than something that will never truly be up to date.
