Help with carbon client

So i downloaded the client extracted it and run it , when i had this issue of unlimited loading screen this screen is just a white circle loading over and over again . i then tried it on my sister laptop and it worked . i need to get it to work for my pc as i dont always have access to my sis laptop . also my comp is crappy old . please someone help .

Make sure flash player is updated.

Clearing cache should fix it. Not sure which browser Carbon is using as default (I assume it's Internet Explorer), but you should try and clear all of them.
