Maybe its just the hack on your pc try another hack there is ALOT of hacks on this site :O

yeah thats normal, the other players will join you or when nobody joins you after the match started then make sure your NAT-Type is OPEN

In which gamemodes the high xp work(the function)? For me it never works, but some replys here say it works.
