Yes, whenever you close down MW2 Multiplayer, when opening it up, go back to Winjector by alttabbing back from MW2 to reinject the file. This isn't something that stays there permanently but at least you can keep MW2 Open and it will keep the hack in, not like you have to reinject after every game you play.
