Rodriguez15 UNRIGHTFULLY BANNED FOR 'SCAMMING'

@Rodriguez15 is the user.

He was unrightfully accused of scamming.
It is a rather often occuring thing when people impersonate others and somehow manage to fake their IP-adresses.

They used a skype resolver to see whether the scammer was actually Rodriguez15 or not. Ofcourse they stumbled upon his IP if the impersonator intended to fake it.

Luckily I had Symmetrical to aid me.
Sadly, Rodriguez did not have his aid.

I am here to help him, he does not deserve to be banned. He's been through what I have been through and got banned for nothing.
To this day he's a trustable trader on Skype and has no reason to live as a 'scammer from MPGH'.

I randomly stumbled upon him as I was seeking PSN accounts. I couldn't believe he was banned.

The user did not scam. It's obvious, he had far more promising deals than the one he was accused scamming for. It's obviously just some kid who faked his Skype and ip and made it all look like it was Rodriguez faking himself.
He was making sufficiënt money, there is no need for him to do that.

If you still fail to realise that, I'll simply create a fake skype in all of your names and IPs and you'll see how Rodriguez feels.

It's obvious he used IP changers to match the IP of Rodriguez.
Plus, the fake Skype he made was too retarded to fall for in the first place. The person who got scammed should have known there was a dot and that it was a fake.

That in itself proves his guilt as that means he was banned for a just cause and he tried escaping it. To serve an analogy for you, it's the same as being in jail than breaking out and getting caught to later say "i didn't do it". A person who was guilt-free would have just made a staff dispute to prove his innocence instead of trying to bypass it. Also, if he was encouraged to to try to reverse his ban, i'm sure he would have went out of his way to make his own staff dispute to try to prove his own innocence.

He did. He made it and it was neglected. He did it multiple times, even after they said he'd never get unbanned again because he wanted to prove his innocence.

It's like as if I were in a jail and I keep breaking out to tell the government I'm innocent, but they keep putting me back in the jail.
Same thing.

He ban evaded in order to appeal his ban, not because he got banned and wanted to scam.

Imagine some dude faked your skype and your ip, suddenly you get banned even though you have no clue of what's going on.
How helpless would you feel?
How convinced would the others be that you are indeed a scammer even though you have no clue of what the hell is happening?

This is the same thing. I share sympathy towards the fellow because I almost had to go through the same thing. Only thing that I had was my reputation and Symmetrical to help me. This guy unfortunately does not.

What is a ban evaded if the ban was not worthy in the first place?
Obviously he's trying to sell his products. He didn't foresee himself 'scamming' for a small sum of €10 if not less.
I had no idea Quartzproducts was Rodriguez15 since I've traded them both seperately. He's not scamming nor has he actually scammed, that's what counts here.
I understand your concern as a mod but I'm here to guarantee you this guy is not a scammer. I've done trades for over 50 euros and he supposedly scams people for less than a fourth of that? Come on man, think for a second.

Created a new account while being banned for scamming, and went into the marketplace, which is against the rules. If he can't respect the rules, can't do much to him.
