So I know that it is safe to rage hack two games a day and you avoid overwatch because you get under 11 reports, but I am wondering if I can play legit after I rage twice and will still be safe from an overwatch ban because I wouldn't be cheating

Its not safe to rage hack 2 games a day. And you can play around 2-3 legit games, before you get Overwatched.

I actually tested it, and the answer is no. You cannot rage twice a day and then play legit.
