Can u get Banned Vac ? ... they said they patched Vac Anticheat on the game ... Whats about that Really intrested if someone know about this.

No, not in regular way. If you replace the original .dll file with the .dll file released by SamGhost, you need to start 7 DtD from its folder, as you know. Since they patched their EAC on 7 DtD, you can't even enter an EAC protected server without getting blocked to join it. So no worries about an EAC-caused VAC ban. Since private or Peer Servers ("p2p") aren't protected by EAC you won't receive any ban by joining p2p servers or making your own one.
And just to add it again: it is imposible to join an EAC server without getting blocked to do so. Earlier versions, such as Alpha 12, allowed you to join an EAC server for some seconds, throw a bunch of ammo, wood, stone and maybe a blue rifle onto the earth, get kicked, deactivate the hack, come back and pick it up. But since at least A14 it stops you entering a server right at the beginning.
