Ok im having trouble understanding how to make a RTM tool i know its in c++

I have the offsets e.g. cg_fov "A00C74" but I don't know how to write the code for it. So if someone can give an example that would be appreciated

1.) LEARN HOW TO FIND ADDRESSES CORRECTLY!!!
2.) learn some c++
3.) ask urself y u wanna make simple traines w/ c++
4.) use google. google is ur friend and helper

why not starting w/ a simple language like VB? it has WPF and is way better for trainers.
