Display Player Cash - to all devs

As the title says, how can i display the cash and or the rank from other players?
In which scripts can i find this?

Since this is collecting personal data of another player, I will not help.
Neither will someone else I think.

I can't see any reason R* would sync the amount of money other players have, so don't think you can really get that.

You can check by asking a friend the amount of money he has (when he is in the same lobby) and then search that amount in cheat engine.

And for rank you can try the same thing, search with cheat engine / look in ReCLass.

dario's solution is probably the best answer you'll get considering there isn't a way to differentiate which values correlate with other players cash amount.
