OT: Obv Madara Uchiha. He was clearly top 3 strongest characters in all of the Naruto-universe.[Exluding Naruto(1st being SO6P, 2nd being Hashirama) Although I didn't agree with his plan he went along with it 'till the end. Years and years of planning ahead and manipulation and underhanded tactics to achieve his goals no matter what. Him being a capable shinobi just made him that much better. Wasn't really a fan of his crush on Hashirama, but that's just a rivalry he takes seriously. It's what compels him to do better. I also HATE how he was taken out/killed in the manga. Really shit story writting from Kishi's part.

If I could pick another it'd be Eijun Sawamura from the Ace of the Diamond/Diamond No Ace.

He started off in a shitty middle school team but had dreams of going to Nationals. tl;dr At first he was saw as a loud-mouthed, obnoxious idiot with mediocre talent, but then developed in to a core and depandable pitcher for the team.
