There's definitely no mistake. You can refund those you have scammed Gift Cards from or you can stay banned. The choice is up to you.

Did you refund the $35 payment made to you? Also, did you give PVP your eBook?

Thanks for issuing the refund. This is the first time a scam like this has occurred.
