You buy AP using paypal and then you refund them in paypal. That's it. If you still don't understand i suggest not trying the method then.

Are you sure that once the money is refunded on your bank account, the payment won't take the money directly in the bank account linked to the paypal account ?

As well if you do refund, don't you have to go through steps with paypal? Or does AVA automatically accept the refund or something?
