Hacking XP and Challenges!

Hi, heres my tutorial on hacking Modern Warfare 2.

First Download CheatEngine 5.5 : Cheat Engine

XP Hack:
1). Start Modern Warfare 2 Multiplayer.
2). Minimize(ALT+TAB) MW2 and start Cheat Engine.
3). On Cheat Engine click the computer icon (left upper corner).
4). In the new box, which popped up, choose iw4mp.exe
and click on "Open".
5). Click the button called "Add address manually" then type in 01AD3E9C (this address might change when they update MW2) and click "Ok".
7). Change the value by clicking it with the right mouse>change record>value
8). Now open up MW2, and in the menu, click on "Barracks".
Now look at your current XP. If you just want to go up 1 level add the amount of xp needed like this: Let's say you have got 165000 xp, and need 4500 xp to level up, add 4499 xp to the value youve got in CheatEngine (So 4500-1) and click on ok.
9). Go in a game and kill a guy, and if you've done it all right, you should have gained your new rank.
10). To go to level 70 instantly you can change your value to: 2434699 (thats the xp needed for level 70 -1xp)
And again kill one guy.

THATS ALL Enjoy your level 70 + Prestige10 (if you do this 10x ofcourse)


And now for the Challenges:

Do step 1-4 on the xp-tutorial.
5). Open MW2.
6). Click Barracks>Challenges.
7). Find the weapon challenge or challenge you want to do.
For Instance: The assault rifle FAMAS:
8). Look how far you are in one of the challenges for instance: Expert(for cammo's)
Let's say I got 87/150 headshots.
9). Open Cheat Engine. Search for your that first value (Exact Value, 4 Byte), in this case 87.
10). There will come alot address up, and you wont be able to find the right one yet.
11). So go in a game, and shoot someone a headshot with the FAMAS in my case!
And lets let's say I've got 89/150 now.
12). Go back to Cheat Engine, search your value, in this case 89.
13). And you will have only a few or one addresses left.
14). Select the addresses and click on the Red Arrow pointing Down.
15). Now you select all the addresses in the box down and right click>change record>value.
16). In my case i now change the value to 149 (150-1).
17). Now go in a game make one headshot and you will have finished the challange!

What's the XP needed for level 48?

I tried this, it shows up as 75/75 but it is still locked..

Is there anyway to unlock ALL challenges?

Oh yea. I got up to the level 70, but now when I try to go down to 48 it keeps going back to 70 when I quit. Any help?

I also have a problem with the reset... I've tried numerous ways to remove and reset to level 1, but everytime I restart the game, its back to 70. first time i restart - lvl 1, 2nd time and on = level 70. Weird..

Well I found that once you exit you have to restart to get it lower. But I saved my stats beforehand in case it screwed up. So now I'm a happy lvl 48.

What I did was just play about 5 minutes and got level 2. I think the trick is just to play a little bit before exiting or else it will reset to whatever it was before.

I havent had any problems with VAC and it has been on for atleast 4hour straight. But ofcourse its always at your own risk!

careful. I've heard that the Speed Hack function in cheat engine definitly gets you VAC'd. but as for just editing values and such, i'm not too sure yet.. it worries me too.

and the thing about getting VAC'd is that it wont ban you right away. it takes anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months. they do this to catch more hackers.

and do you really want to risk losing the 60 bucks you just paid?

i dont even understand why valve should ban me? just because im 70? i just dont want to waste my time in stupid killing to get my favourite weapon, thats all.
and there is no disadvantage for the other players because the weapons which you get at rank 70 arent stronger than the <70...
and i mean there are 10 prestige modes which means you have to make 11x 2436000 xp which is really much. you need to have no life to do this.

and is it retraceable when you have changed some values in the .exe?

i think the point of the prestige is so that multiplayer game-play is extended, you just just like a "goal" to keep making you want to play.. like some kind of achievement you have been 'training' for. its actually not a bad idea.

but i totally agree with the guns/attachment locks. those are ridiculous. should just have them all unlocked at lvl 1 imo too.

valve with their VAC n VAC2 systems... its annoying

DON'T over due...just take it easy but no to easy. make it looks normal not abnormal.
