Anyone know this mecha game?

Anyways, I have always wondered where this mecha game went in my vast sea of old PC Games, and I was hoping someone could find it.

The games disk was gray, Had japanese writing on it so the Title is lost on me for the most part. The game itself seemed to be kinda grayscale, I remember it being first person. The date I wanna say this game was developed and released in was no later than 2003.

If anyone can find me this game, I will compensate. I don't even like Mech-style games, but this one has a nostalgia factor for me so I am quite curious.

I don't think for a second it's a popular game, or even good. I think it was below the radar and it was given to me by my uncle when I was younger, so knowing him he got it from some thrift shop or something.

Nonetheless, been looking for this game for 2 years to no avail.
