I have 0 refs; all of that is offer/ptc earnings and came very, very fast. R1's not bad but this is like 10x better.

Well that's just it. That 209 was placed in my PayPal account and I have a PayPal debit card. Used it at the store, to fill the tank, to get NX, etc. R1 doesn't pay out cash except on referral earnings. P4R pays out cash or amazon your choice.

yea most sites like this are 13+ but I still think p4r is best. I stopped using R1 after getting 5 NX cards.
