Refunder says Refund is done but havent got any email from Amazon?

A refunder refunded my Amazon order and sent me a screenshot of the chat details with the amazon rep which says the refund will be processed in 2-4 days. The chat also says that the rep is going to email me about the same.

I havent got any email from Amazon yet?

Is this common?
Was the refund successful and I'm going to get my money back?

Go to the order then order details. If it shows up in green a refund amount then yes obviously it has been refunded. If not the refund has not been done. Also "a refunder refunded my amazon order of the chat details with the amazon rep" Was the refund done via chat?

i had the same experience before, the amazon rep said he already processed the refund, but i didnot receive any email confirmation about the refund, so the other day i contacted again the amazon rep and they refunded me right away.

I did it myself, by the way, im the one refunding stuffs for myself before, but it's getting harder now so i used the Refunders' services

Don't tell me the refunder did your refund via chat? You gave him login details? Who was the refunder?
