The file is definatelly too small to be a fully working LTB editor.

Not an .LTB editor. It is for UNICODE Files. I dunno if that would helkp us in anyway, but most definately not a model editing program. Atleast by the look of it. I dunno but, Myn didn't Download properly I dont think.

fail.. i just googled it and went to the source location, it doesnt open ALL .ltb file types, apparently Nexon is using one that cannot be used with this program.
