Games for my Girlfriend

She just randomly popped the question of: "what are some good games you think I would like?" Heres some background info:
-Shes not an avid gamer. Shes not very good at all, but she could improve.
-The only three games(in the six years we've been together) Ive seen her play consistently is Minecraft, Hearthstone, and Pokemon.
-She wants to play games with me. Literally anything. I have a very broad taste in videogames.
-Her only current platforms, until I finish her PC, is a Mac laptop and a 3DS. She wont emulate Windows on her Mac either.
I have a few things in mind, like finding more mod packs for Minecraft for us, but I think she wants something new. Ive suggested Terraria, and she owns Castle Crashers. Runescape and MH4U are two other suggestions shes interested in.

Mod packs on MC are really fun. I believe there's one called Crazy Craft 3 (something along those lines), adds a lot to the game. Pets, dragons, furniture/decorations (..)

I tried to teach her LoL when I was into it, she was getting the hang of it, but couldnt grasp a lot of the main concepts. Like how towers do a lot of damage if you run through them, cooldowns, and last hitting creeps. It was a mess lmao.

What about Assassin's Creed. I might be a little hard to get into, but if she gets the hand of it quickly she'll have 6+ games to play.

If not there's always the Kingdom Heart series.

I think as suggested the orange box aka valve games are good.

You can play half life 2 campaign coop, garry's mod, portal etc.

Because she isn't a very good gamer and likes Minecraft, I'd assume she would be able to play other sandbox games as well?

I'd suggest purchasing a PS4/XBOX 1 between the both of you so you can play together and co-op.

There are some fun games like the Lego games (Lego Star Wars etc) that she might enjoy.

They are very easy to play
