You can always get banned for using hacks, unless you take it slow.
I am very sure that you can't just get banned for this

Hey, guys. Is there any way to jump down a couple of prestiges with this, after it's been saved on the server? I hit 9 for some reason, jumped up from 4. Wasn't intending that, but even after I revert back and go play for a while, I'm back at prestige 9 in no time. And it also says -84000 to next level, which is kind of a bummer.

Im not sure, but my friend said that MW2 updated, so its actually checking if you modified any of your stats before you start playing, i can not confirm this tho, as i have not seen it before, but it might be because of that.

We're really sorry about it, but we dont know why you cant go lower, we have already tested it before we released it and there it worked fine.

I have used the same trainer before on previous version (well, not the same trainer, but it was, I believe, from the same programmers).

Well, my stats are locked on level 42 prestige. Even if i play normally, level up, then close the game, when I come back on, it is again level 42. Same happens when I use the trainer and level up (or down, because I didnt really want prestige (yet)).

Can anyone help me? maybe this happened to someone else before, I'm sorry if anyone mentioned it before, I just thought I should ask it here.

are you using any kind of program? like EAM, (Easy Account Manager) or something else? Sounds pretty weird.. dunno if there is a way to reset all stats back to 0.. Maybe try to make a new thread about your problem..

As far as i know, leveling down with a trainer is not possible.. i'm not sure why.. But yea, make a thread..
