    New Monitor Already Fucking Up?

I just recently purchased a BenQ XL2411Z 144Hz Monitor and it came today, after using it for 3-5 hours a bright red dot appeared on my screen... I heard it was a stuck pixel so I gently rubbed it and it disappeared. However when I rub it again or touch the screen it comes back.. I'm starting to think this is a dead pixel. What do you think? Should I get a replacement or refund to buy a different Monitor?

you should get a replacement. it's probably just that specific monitor thats defected. benq is really high quality.

Dead pixels should be black, might just be a stuck pixel.
Regardless, benQ is high enough quality that you shouldn't have those issues.
