Does CE table big head and headbox stretch has effect on other players?

So after lot of tries in incursion, I went ahead and started my ce. Turned on only big head and headbox stretch. As soon as I turned them on. all the teammates on my group went wtf. I didn't ask what were they experiencing as they were random matchmaking teammates and didn't want them to report me. All of them were saying "game is bugged or what?". ThenI closed my cheat engine. I don't know if things in CE table affects other players. Does it?
