Start on a whole new thing, that **** is stretched as hell dude... its just a waste of time, maybe you can take the same pic and start over on that, just dont stretch it, it ruins everything.

the render is horribly cut
the full body is in the sig, which is a bad thing to do
barely any effects
the color is good
i dont think that size is to good
the bg is way to plain

the render stands out to much, just erase the edges with a soft brush
text, just use simple text dont go for the fancy thing until u can do it well
the white line things dont flow well

the smudging need work, also u left out his left side
for smudging read this tut Smudge Tut helped me alot
those white lines couldve been sudged in a bit too
the bg is really plain so it doesnt give any real depth

Size try using a more normal size and stick with it, eg i use 450*150
Render, dont have it stand out and dont have it finishing in the sig
Use more interesting bgs, they can be simple, just fill the bg with un resized renders merge them togother and smudge, this will also help with ur blending
