have a dedicated section on a users account for vouchers that the vouch tally would link too?
...with all the selling and such.

Because me making 5,000 accounts to thank my main account would not help me in a trade, but having just a couple of vouches will.

Vouch tally would need to hold some information,
highest value trade
lowest value trade
average value trade
number of trades
number of unique users who have vouched you
etc just to stop boosting so easily.
Vouch threads are there so people can view the quality of your vouches

Just have your vouch thread in your signature. Why is that so hard to do?
