    If he bought it, he should have instant access. Unless you chose a delayed payment method on paypal. Then it could be as long as 24 hours.

    Nexon is being more actiave so we have to be careful now because some GM's are going ingame disquised as regluar players. So they can ban hackers faster :/ I know this because I was in game with the hacks started OPKing everyone like crazy and when I logged in like 2 hours later it said my account was perm. Banned from Nexon
