After several hours of research. I have declared that the only way this can be done is to create my own http server, and redirect the file being uploaded into the server.(Actually. That was like five hours ago)

Anyway. I was going to work off of a base, but the http protocol was simple enough + all the http server's out there are just fucking horribly written when it comes down to the code. So I wrote the http server, and now ima go to bed. When I wake up I'll cleaning up code. Then I need to get fms to read partial dumps of a .avi file. OR I need to create a virtual file of somesort. And handle reading\writing to it. So I can make FMS think it's reading the whole .avi file. But actually have it streamed accordingly.

It shouldn't be too hard :O I already finished the http server. I forgot to include that in my last post :X That was the hardest part.

He's right, you're off topic boi. First of all: Justin.tv streams from a full file located on the server. We're trying to broadcast an incoming stream acquired via a file upload to a webserver. Secondly, going to justin.tv doesn't resolve the issue, and thus it is off topic.

I just woke up, at 1PM, lol. Bit it should be ready by tomorrow night provided I hit no bumps along the plan.
