    Image title & Text title

    Hi,
    I'd like to have this as my image title & centered: https://i.imgur.com/lOOhBZR.gif
    My new text title would be:
    “The world dread nothing so much as being convinced of their errors.”
    Bold, centered and including the quotes.
    If I don't meet the requirements for both of them, let it be the image title, I think I've a bit misunderstood the policies.
