1 - Microsoft Visual Studio Express - Build cutting edge Windows applications
This is Visual C++. It is a compiler, something you'll need to compile scripts and code into .dll files and .exe files.

2 - Amazon.com: Sams Teach Yourself C++ in 21 Days (5th Edition) (9780672327117): Jesse Liberty, Bradley L. Jones: Books
This is a HIGHLY recommended C++ do it yourself guide book. It teaches the basics and advanced C++ coding. If you don't want to spend money, spend your time Googling tutorials, as I'm not wasting mine. There are a lot of good ones out there, and a lot of bad ones.

3 - I don't think I'm going to go that far with it. Once you learn C++ you'll need to learn D3D (for wallhacks, and visual hacks), after that, there are a bunch of tutorials out there on making chams and crosshairs, etc. for you to learn from.

1st - Nice spam, I enjoyed that typed laughter.
2nd - It isn't that it's hard to make one for the game, it's just a lack of interest in the game, the game is less popular than any other game out there. It's surprising we even have a forum dedicated to it.

Sure, if you have the source code of the hack, you can always add or remove your own code that would make it undetected again.

However if you're looking to decompile a .dll and see a bunch of c++ code... that's not going to happen.
