    Hello guys, so if i use my csgo gift on a account that i made with vpn and activaited with vpn can i use it whithout vpn after activation?

    What a mess... Simply make an account (don't need VPN), buy Russian key and close Steam.
    Open Steam with Russian VPN Server and activate it. Easy.
