OK I'll try to help with this,
after you've used the hack, go into the game and check it, if your classes/ranks are there, PLAY A GAME before closing COD so it saves. as for the emblems thats probably because you have to prestige legit to actually get them.
My friend was level 64 (non prestige) and he hacked to 70 prestige, while i was 34 ( prestige) and hacked to 70 and i got all the emblems and callsigns, even the 10th prestige ones.
As for the guns not showing, my friend had that problem as well, probably just a glitch as it fixed itself the next game.

as for getting vac banned... its very unlikely as i would put editing your player stats, is just like editing your autobuy in cs.

I have a fix now for the "MW2 is not in the memory" error
You just have to tab out and klick on MW2 sing in Task bar BUT DO NOT RELEASE THE MOUSE BUTTON then you just move the cursor to the left or right whereever you Unlocker is in the task bar. Repeat a couple of times and it will work.
