Step 1: Turn off your antivirus, open the game if the error code "0xe019101a". no longer appear. It is because the antivirus detects something. It is a false positive.!
Step 2: to prevent you do not have to turn off your antivirus constantly. adds "NWZLauncher" to the white list of your antivirus.
