World of Tanks Forum without mods?

There are a few files that have been uploaded to the World of Tanks Sub forum that haven't been approved, and they've been up for longer than the required 24 hours. So is this normal or unorthodox?

Well two days after the file is up and it isn't approved.. I'm not saying they should focus their lives on here but that seems a bit excessive with the whole, attachment approval can take up to 24 hours. If its gonna take longer, they should change it to give themselves more leeway
