This one is a bit mono/duo-toned, throw in some colors man!
the depth is just crap, sorry to say. IMO, you can do hella better. You don't have to blur the bg, just only SLIGHTLY, I repeat, SLIGHTLY sharpen the focal, and leave the bg as it is. This time, it's just that the focal is over-sharpened, and the background too.
Lightning is meh, I know you're trying to make the daft punk guy coming out of stuff 'n lightning, but it just doesn't work with this one. Go for one light source, not 2.
Blending could be better, as I can still see his right shoulder.
