like you are in a universe where pieces of it are alive and can interact with you. It's easy to sort of get caught up and get attached to this illusion of permanence, like the illusion of how grass or trees, or living things thats it's going to last forever. it's not going to last forever... everything we care about, everything we love is gonna die. we are in a universe that is constantly changing, constantly growing, and evolving itself into a whole entire cosmic forest.

no one knows why the universe is happening, but it's happening and here we are in it, in these decaying flesh suits that are stuck to this floating rock in infinite space in some strange, mysterious dimension.

maybe that's the reason why she/both of them were terrified.
