I guess I messed it up on the original sketch of it. To be honest when I was drawing it I didn't even realize that the arms were off.
I'll make sure I don't mess that up for next time

Here are my suggestions:

1) Fizz from LoL: [1][2][3][4]

2) Kobold: [1][2][3]

3) Nu Mou: [1][2][3] (One of the three pictures contains something possibly disturbing, if you guess what it is then you have some really keen eyes...which brings me to...)

4) Sableye: [1][2]

5) Asura: [1][2][3]

6) Or maybe check out the wakfu/dofus universe (i don't like the games but the art design is fantastic)

That's what comes out from the top of my mind in regards to interesting subjects to draw, i'm sure there are quite a few more but i don't remember which they were, if i do i'll update the post.

If you don't mind staying on the anime side of things, check out zone of the enders, dragon's crown and muramasa for extra inspiration.
