Modding doesn't change recoil only ROF, usually when your shooting up close it makes it seen as if you have no recoil.

It has been replaced by the fire rate of a Tommy Gun, found in the game Contract JACK. It glitches and you can't see the gun because the model file has the arms in the wrong place. We've been working on this mod to try and fix it, but to no avail.
